Microsoft will be retiring the AZ-303 and AZ-304 on March 31, 2022, and it will be replaced by AZ-305 – the later exam is in beta as of this writing.
If you are planning to sit for the AZ-303 or the AZ-304, I highly recommend you do it at your earliest convenient.
